• Meeting Began at 5:17pm.
• The squadron discussed sending 4 people to ARCON
  • No final verdict was reached.
  • Mr. Ditton is going to talk to Area CC about the situation.
• Jared Coones Pumpkin Run/Walk
  • The registration is now $30, and must be done before the race. (7:30am)
  • We are planning on leaving at 6:30am on Saturday morning (Oct. 11^th)
  • We are currently collecting names for those interesting in participating. It is completely open to the Detachment.
  • Mr. Ditton plans on being back to Lawrence by 11:00am at the latest.
• Squadron Motto
  • The squadron motto deadline has been extended one week.
  • We have decided that it needs to be professional.
• Christmas Present Project
  • All are in agreement to do this service project.
• Suggestions for other projects
  • Mr. Hufford mentioned a possible canned food drive through KU, and donating the proceeds to a cancer oriented organization.
  • He is finding out more information in regards to the project, and will inform the squadron if it’s possible at a later date.
• Mr. Hufford discussed wanting at least 5 candidates in order to have a class.
  • No final decisions have been made.
